About the Designer
Hi! My name is Valeria and I have over 15 years of graphic design experience. I have a BA in English and Art. I worked for 6 years in the layout and ad department of a newspaper where I designed ads and page layouts. I have illustrated several children's books and my work has been featured in design magazines.
In my time working with the newspaper I noticed a gap between the small businesses and larger companies with the access to high quality designs. And so Inkblot was created as a way to level the playing field for small businesses - giving them access to high quality affordable graphic design services.

Art has always been a major influence in my life. I grew up in a very creative, very loud, Italian house with a crazy-crafty mother and do-it-yourself dad. We always had projects of various natures occurring...from woodworking to painting, sewing to baking, and gardening to full out mess-making art!
I've been creating digital art all my life. I use to sit for hours in front of the Commodore 64 computer we had growing up and type in code to make the screen draw images. I've been hooked ever since and has technology evolved I delved deeper into the world of digital art. I truly love what I do and when you love what you do - you perform at your best.
My husband and I (along with our wild-child and 70lb lap dog) are converting an old church into our home. It's been a long process, but a fun one as I have the opportunity to leave my mark on everything.
